Connecting with the Crafter: Cindy Ackley-Ginnetti

Sorry, I know I am behind getting the last three Connecting with the Crafter Posts out, but I definitely want to feature these PYL crafters. So, I will post their interviews for the next three days.

Today PYL is featuring crafter Cindy Ackley-Ginnetti. Here was her wreath entry for the Sugarplums and Snowmen Wreath Contest.


Now take a moment to get to know a little about Cindy by reading her "Connecting with the Crafter" interview with PYL.

What's your name?
Cindy Ackley-Ginnetti
Where do you live?
Phoenix Arizona...Born in Iowa,, Northeast.. lived on the Mississippi River, Guttenberg, until I moved here to the Valley of the Sun in 1983.
What was the inspiration for your wreath entry in the contest?
Love working with Deco Mesh and thought .. hey, why not!
What/When did you start crafting?
Always loved working with my hands.. back in the day I use to make hanging tables.. using Hemp. A big mess but fun to do!
Where's your favorite place to find craft supplies?
Not many places that I know of here.. Michaels, Joann's .. and Hobby Lobby!
Tell us about your crafting space--spacious crafting suite or I craft like a nomad--constantly on the move to the best space available at the time!
I am blessed on being able to have a craft room without sharing with anyone else in the house... Our last home had to share with one of my husband's drum set.. not your normal drum set either.. His drums at one time were up on stage..BIG SET! ha
What's your favorite occasion to craft for? C
hristmas but hoping all occasions and start a little side business.
Besides crafting, what other things do you like to do?
Spending time with my husband, Freddy and our three girls "4 legged" Gigi, Cici (cockapoos) and Tiki (Teddy Bear Shih Tzu) ..Enjoy working out at the gym. Riding my bike. Taking the girls for walks and the doggie park, or just playing ball in the back yard. OH and yes .. I LOVE TO SHOP!!

I drink both but I do enjoy a good glass of wine or vodka mixed drinks.. ;-)
